“Show“ Doppio Sogno. Love between mythology and mythography “: useful information
40 bronze works between twentieth-century tradition and monumentality. This is what awaits us in Iseo: for the whole summer of 2022 the town has been adorned by the creativity of the Sicilian master. His art ranges from to the classical conception to the figurative arts of the 1900s, with sculptures that enter into dialogue with the visitor and surprise him with their plasticity and grandeur – the tallest sculpture even reaches 6 meters!
The protagonist is the theme of the moon, according to one of the most recognizable stylistic figures in the vision of Giacinto Bosco, flanked by bronzes in which the artist reflects on the theme of love seen as a myth.
Curated by Angelo Crespi and organized by the Municipality of Iseo in collaboration with the Arsenale Foundation, the exhibition is sponsored by the Lombardy Region, the Province of Brescia, the Comunità Montana del Sebino Bresciano with the contribution of Liquid Art System by Franco Senesi and CUBRO Fonderia Artistic.
